Healthy Tuna Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

Tuna 8 oz
Pickles (Chopped) 3 Tbsp
Tomato (Diced) 1/4 Cup
Fresh Parsley (Chopped) 1 Tbsp
Yellow Bell pepper (Julienned) 1/4 Cup
Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Chili Pepper 1 Pinch
Green Leaf Lettuce Crown for Wrap
Sandwich Wrapping Paper

Directions

1. Mix all of the ingredients together.

2. Place two of the lettuce leaves next to each other, and scoop the tuna mix into one of the leaves.

3. Now put the other lettuce leaf on top, then wrap the whole thing with some sandwich wrapping paper.
