21 Aug Broccoli Salad with Grapes Recipe
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
Balsamic Vinegar (Traditional or White) 2 Tbsp
Sugar 2 Tbsp
Fresh Broccoli (Cut into Small 1/2″ Florets) 4 Cups
Red or Green Grapes (Halved) 2 Cups
Red Onion (Finely Diced) 1/3 Cup
Pecans (Chopped) 1/2 Cup
1. Stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the broccoli, grapes, and onions. Stir well to coat with the dressing.
3. Stir in the pecans, reserving a few for sprinkling on top.
4. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
